After ordering, please email: Kevin@27creationsllc.com with the following information: name, order number and an email address you'd like your proof to be sent to along with what you'd like engraved on your award. If you have a logo you'd like included on your award, please send that as well. If we have never engraved your logo before, there will be a $35 file conversion fee (billed separately) in order for your logo to engrave clearly. We do have thousands of logo's already in the correct format so feel free to ask if we have yours!
You will receive a response to your email within 48 hours with a proof. Please look over this proof well and make sure all spelling, dates, logos, punctuation, etc are correct. Please email back with any corrections OR that it is good to go to production. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER YOUR PROOF APPROVAL!  Your award will be complete 10 business days after your proof approval email. If you are local to the JBLM area, your gift will be delivered on the Tuesday or Thursday after your due date or I can ship as well!
