30x36Framed Plaque

30x36 frame is the biggest we go and the options for this one are endless! 
 
How it works: We need a good vector file for your image to engrave clearly. If it is an image that we have never engraved before, there will be a charge of $35 to convert your art billed separately to the email used to place your order. Please email prior to placing your order to inquire about having your image already on file. We do have thousands of files on hand to include most military units on JBLM!
 
After purchase, please email kevin@27creationsllc.com  with the following information: 
       name, order number, and a good email address to send your proof.  It is imparative that you check your email often for communication reguarding your order to ensure we get it to you in a timely manner. In your inital email, please provide an idea of what you'd like in it. whether you'd like to have a printed guidon (as pictured) or an embroidered one. If you choose the embroidery option, please read below as it will add days for your due date as well as incure an additional charge billed separately.  The following is included in your purchase: Frame and Glass, 2 colors of mat board (one main and one trim) up to 16 cut outs to display many options. We can put ranks, photos, unit pins, even knives (sold separately) into your plaque! If you have personal items you'd like to add and are local to the JBLM area, there are 3 options to get those to me:

Place your order on the website or schedule a video call with Katie on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY if your design is something you don’t see already on the website or your gift has a lot of details.
 
Our framed plaques come with your choice of printed or embroidered guidon or unit colors (eagle). Our printed option is printed using a high quality transfer onto metal instead of wood or paper which  will last a lifetime and never fade. This option is best for keeping your cost down, last minute orders and still looks just as good, if not better than embroidery! If you choose to have the embroidery option, there is an added charge depending on the size of your plaque and there will be an added 7 days to your due date. Unfortunately, we do not have our embroidery machines anymore so all of the guidons and colors for plaques will have to be outsourced on an order by order basis. Im sorry for this inconvenience.

When ordering a plaque, you have the option to provide the unique parts (rank pin, patches, unit insignias, etc.) to make the plaque cheaper and there are 3 options to get those to me:
I am on JBLM Tuesdays and Thursdays for pick ups and deliveries between the hours of 1100-1300. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to have your items ready to pick up before 11am to avoid a delay in your finished project. 
Drop off at my home. Until we are able to get back into a shop close to base, this is the only option for last minute orders or if you missed the pick up times. Production will be there from 0700-1400  M-F excluding federal holidays for drop off OR there is a lock box located in front of the garage for after hours . IF YOU PUT SOMETHING IN THE DROPBOX, PLEASE LET ME KNOW by email or text message. If you place something in the box, it must be in a plastic bag clearly labeled with the name of the person that is receiving the gift and your  phone number in order to avoid any confusion as to whose parts go to which plaque. Please be advised: if you drop off, please be respectful. This is my HOME and I have more than enough cameras, dogs and neighbors watching at all times. There are a lot of children on my street as well so please obey posted speed limits of 20mph on my street.

After we receive this email, you will receive a proof within 48 hours of exactly what it will look like. PLEASE LOOK OVER THIS CAREFULLY to include all spelling, punctuation, dates, spacing, direction of images, EVERYTHING is correct; we can not be responsible for anything that has already been approved! If everything looks correct on your proof, we need you to EMAIL APPROVAL BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS!!!  Once we have your approval for production, it will take 2 weeks as these are custom built on order.
